Killybegs GAA Club notes 7-12-15


KILOTTO
This week's Kilotto numbers were 3,11,15,19 There was no Jackpot winner.  Next weeks Jackpot is at €5,650. There were three match 3 winners, who will receive €60 each. Tony Hegarty, The Hill, Clare Carbery Five Points, Willie Tully, Tullaghcullion.

BINGO
There was no winner of the bingo Jackpot. Next weeks bingo jackpot is at €3.450 on 45 no.'s. Bingo on every Monday night at 9pm in the Forresters hall!

OPERATION REFORMATION
Killybegs GAA will be holding Operation Reformation from the second week in January for eight weeks.
On Thur the 7th of Jan (5-8pm) there will be a Health and Wellbeing and Registration evening for Operation Reformation! People will have the opportunity to have their Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, BMI and Weight checked on the night. There will also be tables with various information, all in relation to Health and Wellbeing!
Operation Reformation will begin on the second week in January on 2 nights per week, Tuesday evenings, 7-8pm will involve an exercise class with a qualified instructor and the second night will be a walk/run. There will be a €5 charge each week which will be donated to a chosen charity. There will be teams formed at the beginning of Operation Reformation and there will be a competition between all teams to see which team looses the most weight over 8 weeks! (No individual's weight loss will be disclosed) there will be a weigh in every second week before the walk/run.
After 8 weeks there will be a 5km walk/run and prize giving to the winning team!
We hope that the community will get behind Operation Reformation to improve the wellbeing of everyone! We ask that children who wish to take part must be accompanied by their own parent/s or guardian. Killybegs GAA will not be responsible for children dropped off to partake on their own.

 

AGM

The Senior board AGM will take place on Sunday the 17th of January.

 

MINOR BOARD

Bord na nOg presentation night is on Saturday the 12th of December at 7pm in the Bayview Hotel.

 

THANK YOU

Thanks to everyone who came to help clean up the upstairs of the club rooms on Saturday. Work on the new gym will commence soon!

 RIP
The club extends it's sincere sympathy to the family of the late Colm Tully who passed away in London. An Honorable Gentleman, may he Rest in Peace.
