Killybegs Brochure Launched in the Bay View Hotel
A glossy new brochure promoting businesses and services in Killybegs was officially launched in the Bay View Hotel on Monday night by Chairman of Donegal County Council, Terence Slowey.
The publication is a joint production between the County Council, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and the Killybegs Business Forum. It is hoped the publication will serve as a tool to market the facilities available in Killybegs, attracting new customers to the port and creating further employment.
Minster Joe McHugh attended the launch along with local Independent TD, Thomas Pringle, County Manager, Seamus Neeley, Independent County Councillor, Niamh Kennedy, and Paul Hannigan, LYIT. The brochure is available digitally through Donegal County Council website, where it will be kept updated with any changes or developments that may occur.
Proceedings were opened by Cllr Niamh Kennedy, Chair of the Donegal Municipal District of Donegal County Council. Mr Eugene McBrearty spoke on behalf of the Killybegs Business Forum.
You Never Know Who's Looking: With regard to the item about the new Killybegs brochure, it was nice to see it carried in the online edition of the Jerusalem Post. Now that's reaching the places other brochures don't get to.
